Our BURRITO BOYS unit is our most popular stall and is a vibrant & fun Mexican fast food outlet. Serving delicious Burritos, Tacos & Quesadillas. All freshly prepared onsite on the day of service.

Using authentic recipes and quality ingredients. It serves Smokey Chicken, Orange Braised Beef, Chipotle Mushroom (Veggie) & Caramelised Aubergine for Vegans.

All coming with spinach rice, black beans, sour cream, salad, Mexican chilli sauce, tomato salsa, cheddar cheese, guacamole & jalapenos.

Our BURGER STALL is a real hit because we use rare breed meats sourced from Sussex farms. We make our own burger sauce, onion gravy and bacon jam.

We also sell high quality proper chips with their skins on for flavour and aesthetics.

Apart from the incredible taste and high quality beef burgers, we can also add real Ham burgers to the mix, also sourced from Sussex.

The NEW YORK DINER serves a combination of typical but delicious american style dishes. Savor the rich and cheesy goodness of our homemade mac and cheese, crispy southern fried chicken, and gooey cheese toasties.

This is our BISTRO STYLE cafe unit.

From this stall we’re able to serve breakfast lunch and dinner and offer a huge variety of dishes. From Prawn Pasta to beef bourguignon. Chicken Tagine and cous cous. Lasagnes, moussaka, pies, casseroles.   Our trained chefs can make anything.

We can serve fresh Brick Lane bagels with traditional fillings like Salt Beef and mustard as well as Smoke Salmon & Cream Cheese. We can serve a mini Full English as well as much simpler food like fruit salads and Greek Yogurt with honey, seeds and nuts (allergies permitting). We can serve croissants filled with ham and cheese or even chocolate. Fresh coffees, teas, fresh orange juice and smoothies.
